What does 100% ring-spun mean?

The processes for creating regular cotton and ring-spun cotton are totally different. Regular cotton is made from soft vegetable fibers that are twisted together to make yarn, which is then woven to make the material. Most of the industry-standard t-shirts, provide regular cotton t-shirts. Regular cotton is less expensive to make.

Ring-spun cotton, on the other hand, is completely different. Ring-spun yarn is made by twisting and thinning the cotton strands to make a very fine, strong, soft rope of cotton fibers. Ring-spun cotton t-shirts are more durable and last longer than their regular counterparts, and that's what gives our t-shirts that incredibly soft feeling.

Our T-shirts are pre-shrunk

Have you ever laundered a new t-shirt and discovered that it shrunk two sizes in the wash? If so, you’re probably a fan of preshrunk t-shirts! Preshrunk t-shirts go through a special process that helps the shirts avoid more shrinking later on.

Shoulder-to-shoulder taping

Shoulder seams and neck seams are covered by tape or binding for extra durability at stress points. This is a hallmark of high-quality shirt construction.
